At Fable, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed packing slip inside the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
